Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our fragrance, beauty, and personal-care products, FLAGRANCES does not accept returns or exchanges.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance oils, soaps, body butters, and other beauty or personal-care products cannot be returned once purchased.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us at flagrancesxl@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.

We will review the order and work with you to resolve the fulfillment error.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for customer preference, change of mind, fragrance preference, or opened/used products.

Any refund issued for an eligible fulfillment issue will be handled on a case-by-case basis and returned to the original payment method when applicable.

Important: This policy is subject to any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
